    Job Description
    Position Summary

    Dr. Andrei Vlassenko and Dr.

    Manu Goyal seek a Postdoctoral Research Associate to investigate brain glucose, oxidative and non-oxidative metabolism and their relationship with brain structure and cognition in aging, white matter hyperintensities and Alzheimer disease.

    This is an ongoing study of over 200 participants who complete comprehensive multi-tracer PET and MRI neuroimaging, neurobiological, and clinical assessments.

    This is a unique opportunity to work with a rich data set to help better understand and discover biomarkers of brain aging and Alzheimer disease.

    Required Qualifications

    Ph.
    D., M.D. or equivalent terminal or doctoral degree.

    Working Conditions

    This position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.

    Salary Range

    Base pay is commensurate with experience.
