    About the Role:
    We are looking for an individual with strong data analytics and financial background who will help influence plan design and ensure compliance with retirement plans. The role involves developing into a subject matter expert in retirement plans including defined benefit pensions and 401(k) plans managing multiple vendors while collaborating internal external stakeholders responsibilities include serving as subject matter expert collaborate external vendors ensuring compliance collective bargaining union pension benefits executing compliance activities governmental filings working auditors executing control activities building budget tracking reporting tools serving escalation contact point employee matters project lead team member complex projects internal resources partnering Legal Counsel informed legislative changes impacting staying processes programs compliant M&A activity proper alignment strategy cost structure assessing strategy design costs retirement programs cost-effective sustainable monitor analyze trend information economic data responsive business needsKey Responsibilities:
