We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Full Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at Alliance Family Services in Reno, NV, affiliated with Rite of Passage.

Our mission is to inspire positive change and contribute to the community through transformative educational programs.

    The Perks:

    • $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus ($2,500 at 6 Months and $2,500 at 1 year)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct behavior assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
    • Implement ABA interventions based on behavior analysis principles
    • Provide supervision and training to team members
    • Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness
    • Collaborate with stakeholders for holistic treatment approach
    • Stay updated on ABA best practices and research
    • Maintain accurate client documentation
    • Participate in professional development activities
    • Support clients in different locations

    To be considered, you should have:

    • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • State of Nevada License
    • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
    • Strong clinical and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customize intervention programs for individual needs
