    Our Raleigh-based client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a hybrid opportunity in their Cary, NC office. As a vital bridge between the product, marketing, and sales teams, you'll serve as an evangelist for product strategy and functionality. By understanding and translating product features into value-based messaging, you'll play a crucial role in driving the product's market success. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is perfect for someone who is both a strategist and a tactician, able to generate innovative ideas and bring them to fruition.

    What You Will Do

    • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
    • Product Messaging: Follow market landscape and collect competitive intelligence to benchmark product capabilities and develop effective product positioning that differentiates clients solutions in the marketplace.
    • Go-to-Market Strategies: Define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans, develop marketing materials, and lead high-impact feature releases that drive adoption and revenue.
    • Sales and Marketing Materials: Generate customer case studies, product 1-pagers, and other collateral to support marketing and sales initiatives and guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic frameworks and assets for campaigns, enablement, and stakeholder communications.
    • Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze product marketing performance, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.

    What You Need

    • Experience: 3+ years of product marketing experience in the SaaS sector and 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing campaigns a must.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create compelling product narratives.
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt as necessary.
    • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product marketing goals.
    • Marketing Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Pendo, and Figma a must MS Clarity a plus.
