ARCHI-TEXTUAL, PLLC is a full-service contemporary design firm based in Washington, DC. We are proud to offer the highest level of service and responsiveness to our clients. Our focus is on single and multi-family new construction and renovation projects, as well as small-scale commercial, building repositioning, corporate interiors, and retail and hospitality projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect at ARCHI-TEXTUAL, PLLC. The Project Architect will be responsible for day-to-day project management and oversight, including coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. This role will also involve developing architectural plans and specifications, conducting site visits and inspections, and assisting with the selection of materials and finishes. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in architecture and project management
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles
Experience in preparing submittals and coordinating with regulatory agencies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Professional licensure or the ability to become licensed is preferred
