- Set up new workstations, including computers, peripherals, and network connections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist in maintaining and upgrading IT infrastructure
- Document and track issues to ensure quick resolution
- Overnight travel required to client locations for installations and support What We're Looking For:
- At least a 2-year degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility for overnight travel Compensation: $18-21 per hour
