This executive is bi-coastal and seeking a candidate open to relocation to San Francisco or operate in DC on West Coast hours. This executive travels extensively and requires a professional with a knack for scheduling and accessibility when plans change. While handling scheduling, expenses, and document editing and finalization, the executive will lean on you to help manage time in the most efficient manner.     About the Job:

    • Manage scheduling and calendar needs for internal and external meetings, conferences, appointments, and events across the East and West Coasts.
    • Facilitate international and domestic travel agendas with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Prepare draft, and edit research. Summarize information for company meetings
    • Oversee expense reports and budgets.
    • Assist with the planning of meetings and special events.
    • Monitor project deadlines, ensuring objectives are progressing and initiatives are being met. Maintain open lines of communication regarding changes and project adjustments.
    • Review, edit, and finalize correspondence, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
    • Understand strategic objectives and deliver key messages. Collaborate well with others.

    • Experienced. You have 7-10 years of direct support experience, a Bachelor's degree, and travel booking skills. Must have exposure to government affairs, public policy or have spent time working on the Hill.
    • Invested. Committed to the success of the business and clients and available for overtime as needed.
    • Writer and collaborator. You have a strong writing ability and enjoy finding the best, clearest way to communicate information with leadership and teammates.
    • A+ attitude. You're always in the right mindset to get the job done and deliver seamless results.
    • Tech-savvy. You are an expert in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
