DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a motivated, career-focused Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to become an integral part of our dynamic team
As an ISSE Level 3, you'll play a vital role within our organization, contributing your expertise to a Weapons and Space software development project
Your responsibilities will encompass serving as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams
Supporting the government in complying with Agency Systems Security Certification & Accreditation (C&S) processes, to include discovery meetings, achieving Interim Approval to Test (IATT) and in obtaining final Approval to Operate (ATO) status for Systems Security Plans (SSP) associated with all mission systems

Required Skills and Experience:

• Provides security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management
• Recommends systemlevel solutions to resolve security requirements
• Identifies overall security requirements for the proper handling of Government data
• Provide guidance for a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and Continuous Monitoring Plan
• Perform Pre-Security Controls and Analysis Assessments (PSAs)

Foster improved security of all systems using Enterprise solutions.

• Providing technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology

Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations Required Education and Certification(s):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, information Security System Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 20 years of experience or 24 years of total experience in leu of a degree or a Master's Degree and 18 years of experience is also acceptable
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 3 is required as well as Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) and CISSP Certification are required
