- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years work experience in an technical, analytical and problem solving role
- 6+ years experience project management and/or business analysis experience
- 5+ years experience researching new technical solutions
- 5+ years experience writing clear and concise requirements and business communications.
- 3+ years experience developing use cases/user stories
- 3+ years in process mapping and workflow optimization
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a business environment performing extensive analysis, requirements gathering, and problem solving skills required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, negotiation and organizational skills required.
- Must have experience working with cross-functional teams and demonst*** the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise.
- Must be able to ensure consistent delivery of high level service and remain focused on providing satisfactory customer service.
- Ability to write simple SQL queries for data validation or investigation preferred.
- BA or PM certification
- Leadership skills including creativity, team building, and negotiation techniques
- Must be able to interact and effectively communicate with customers on corpo*** and store level
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities
- Knowledge of requirements and traceability, wireframe development and the Agile development process
- Experience working on Global projects in addition to experience in training users of diverse cultural backgrounds
