Job Duties

• Conduct educational programs for schools in our X-stream Green programs.
• Assist in planning and executing special events including the annual Kids' Fishing Derby and Dogtober fest.
• Assist with the planning and execution of Jacomo Summer Camp.
• Coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data.
• Responsible for registration and sales.
• Maintain the front office at Kemper Outdoor Education Center, answering phone calls, questions and providing information to the public.
• Provides general administrative support functions.
• May supervise and/or lead camp staff and/or volunteers as assigned.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• During Jacomo Summer Camp, must work all 10 weeks (June 3 - August 9), 29 hours a week.
• Experience in Rectrac is desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Work, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with a service orientation and ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Detail Oriented
• Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen/background check.
