    Rehabilitation COTA Job Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Thrive Staffing. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of clients, working closely with occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

    Job Summary

    This is a 13-week contract position, offering 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver client-centered care, adhering to individualized treatment plans
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress and interactions
    • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you must possess:

    • A current COTA certification
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    Compensation

    The weekly pay for this position is $1361.5.
