    Description

    River Valley Cooperative is looking for an IT Analyst to join our team. The role of the IT Analyst is to research and provide input in the development, procurement and implementation of hardware and software for River Valley Cooperative. These critical areas support and enable achievement of the overall Cooperative's as well as individual business unit objectives. Candidates for this position must be able to work on-site.

    What you will do:
    • Helpdesk support via phone and remote access software.
    • Hardware management and troubleshooting for Intel and non-Intel based PC systems.
    • Responsible for assisting in the overseeing of the identity management process for new hires and coordinating the deactivation of access for departing employees.
    • Maintains and initiates IT upgrades of both hardware and software across the Company
    • Ensure data backup methodologies and data backup systems operation
    • Client operating systems maintenance and troubleshooting and configuring Windows 11 and installations.
    • Troubleshoots and configures Microsoft Office and associated applications
    • IT hardware and software asset management
    • Install and maintain endpoint protection using CrowdStrike.
    • Security cameras installation and maintenance.
    • Limited server maintenance.
    • Agvance, Energy Force, and Verizon OneTalk experience a plus but not required.
    • Able to effectively utilize available time for the completion of necessary job task
    • Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential
    • Maintain up to date industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

    What you'll bring:
    • A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred.
    • A minimum of three years of experience in Windows Server 2016 and later, broad knowledge of networking hardware, hardware management and troubleshooting.
    • Ability to adapt to multiple software programs and platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • A valid driver's license.

    While generally in an office setting, you may be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, ag chemicals and vapors, and moving machinery on occasion as part of this position.
