- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival at the center.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, events, accommodations, dining, and transportation options.
- Respond to visitor inquiries in-person, by phone, and via email.
- Distribute brochures, maps, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of upcoming events, seasonal activities, and community resources.
- Assist with organizing and setting up special events hosted at or by the Visitor Center.
- Record visitor statistics and collect feedback to improve services.
- Assist in merchandising and selling local souvenirs or tickets, as applicable.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the center, including displays and public areas.
- Collaborate with local businesses and tourism partners to enhance the visitor experience.
