Job summary
The Accounting Coordinator will support the integrity of the factory's financial structure and provide accuracy in the reporting and analysis of operating costs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain purchase orders in SAP.
- Answer all AP related questions, and work with departments including Buying, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve AP issues.
- Perform goods receipts against purchase orders to initiate invoice payments.
- Clear all workflow blocked and parked invoices. Provide assistance to other departments to clear blocked invoices.
