    Key Roles/Responsibilities include:

    · Developing project scope, budgets and schedules.

    · Managing the day-to-day operations of commercial renovation and construction projects.

    · Overseeing assigned in-house production and subcontract teams to successful project completion.

    · Working with architects and clients setting and meeting expectations and deliverables.

    · Scheduling material and resource procurement to ensure on-time project completion.

    · Monitoring project budgets to achieve highest value for all invested.

    · Managing field operations.

    · Reviewing project work continuously to ensure highest deliverable quality.

    · Maintaining accurate job records and updated schedules and expenses.

    · Completing projects on-time, within budget while establishing and delivering an exceptional client experience.11

    · Travel may be required.

    Qualified candidates should have the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

    · Degree in Construction Management (Preferred).

    · Minimum 5 years of commercial building construction experience successfully managing field crews and subcontractors.

    · Project Cost / Estimating (Preferred).

    · Computer literate in Office, MS Project, Outlook and Procore (Preferred).

    · Knowledgeable in commercial building systems and construction plans and documentation.

    · Ability to instruct and inspect for quality control.

    · Proven experience setting project goals and surpassing them.

    · Demonstrated excellence in managing the client relationship during a project.

    · Proactive with ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise.

    · Capacity to coordinate multiple tasks through superior time management skills.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Cost/Estimating (Preferred).
