Job DescriptionA spirit of revelry is alive and well in New Orleans. Located on a block known as a mixing bowl for produce merchants and famed mixologists, Couvant Bar & Brasserie invites diners into an experience influenced by the region's abundance.
A food runner is integral to the success of the restaurant. This person works hand in hand with both the kitchen and the front of the house, delivering dishes to the correct tables and guests. This individual takes direction very well and has a thorough knowledge of the menu, enabling them to accurately answer questions that may arise when delivering food.
Requested Tasks
-Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
-Uphold sanitation and food safety standards
-Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
-Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
-Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
Requested Capabilities
-Experience in a restaurant/hospitality entity
-A positive and professional demeanor
-Approachable and friendly personality
