    Description
    The Mechanical Service Technician is responsible for all brake, tune-up, diagnostic and repair services, as well as additional services as directed by the Shop Manager on duty


    Responsibilities:


    Performing high quality mechanical repair services in accordance with industry approved standardsDeveloping trusting customer relationships through honest and competent service and estamatingMaintain shop supply inventory and reordering as neededExplaining Grease Monkey programs, service and pricing in order to achieve high customer satisfaction, confidence, and increasing revenues.

    Attending training sessions that are applicable to the career path and position requirementsEnsuring equipment is functioning properly and performing equipment maintenance as requiredFollowing appropriate safety procedures and reporting safety hazards, including equipment repairs, to managementCommitment to excellence at all timesAdvanced automotive experience a plusA.

    S. E.

    certification is perferredGood communication skills Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic Valid Drivers License requiredClean & Neat appearanceOther Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneral Center Maintenance Housekeeping.

    Attend Crew meetings as required.
