    Summary We are insearch of an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the technical sideof our IT projects including a Workday.

    The ideal candidate will bring a strongbackground in project management, coupled with experience in Workdayimplementation methodologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successfuldeployment and integration of Workday solutions as well as other enterprisesystems projects.

    Core Duties:

    • Oversee end-to-end implementation of IT project solutions,ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope,deliverables, and timelines for successful project deployment.
    • Provide clear direction and guidance to achieve projectobjectives efficiently.
    • Collaborate closely with technical teams to assess projectfeasibility, technical requirements, and potential challenges.
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitatethe smooth transition to Workday solutions.
    • Facilitate transparent communication between technical andnon-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of Workdayimplementation progress.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management onproject status, risks, and milestones.
    • Plan,resource and schedule configuration of in-scope modules, integrations andtesting execution.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager on a Workdayimplementation
    • 1+ year working in SOX Compliant environment
    • 6+ months of experience as JIRA administrator
    • 6+ months of experience using HubSpot
    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
    • Bachelor of Science or 4 years equivalent job experience
