Job summary
In collaboration with the education and programming departments: Hire, develop, support after school employees Oversee curriculum implementation in the after school programs Schedule and execute trainings for the after school staff members Be an expert on all STRYV365 curriculum and manuals Work with the program team to ensure Visibility in the after school spaces Implementation is authentic Training and support are on going Feedback is heard Assist in creation and management for program set-up/ layout / implementation Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) within work environment - Facilitate Events; program books registration vendor contact event set-up etc Coordinate collaborate and meet with MKE Rec Boys and Girls Club Any and all new/additional after school partnerships Development Build rapport with program partner act as main contact for specified partners specifically all principals site leads coordinators Initiate set goals for current future STRYV365 programs Manage relationships with partners key point contacts Discover areas growth evolution programming Program scheduling throughout year includes planning from start completion This includes deadlines milestones Apply change risk resource management principles when required Discover ways enhance efficiency productivity programming procedures Culture improvement company outings retreats holiday parties moral boosters Assist budgeting department Lead Develop implement manage monitor assess oversee programming collaboration applicable stakeholders Coordinate ensure quality control trainings instructors mentors volunteers community assisting programming Participate planning execution events community outreach engagement Program Team Work closely STRY365 leadership annually evaluate enhance programming reflect industry trends Collaborate community advisory board staff strategic plan enhancement of programm
