- Will manage buildout of modules and system capabilities, including payroll
- Responsible for HRIS maintenance, configuration, testing, changes, functionality, etc.
- Work with vendors on interfaces and integration of other systems
- Put in place best practices and streamline processes
- Conduct employee and manager training on the system
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience
- Ability to work on site
- Previous with system implementation
- Paycom or Paylocity preferred
