    JOB SUMMARY
    This role involves supervising Delivery operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining departmental safety and security.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Supervise and oversee Delivery Associates, ensuring adherence to procedures and safe customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain accurate logs.
    • Manage labor hours, supplies, and schedules effectively.
    • Coordinate asset utilization and repairs.
    • Review productivity, suggest improvements, and enforce company policies.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on customer issues.
    • Visit customers, address delivery challenges, and maintain associate morale.
    • Coordinate with Safety department on training and safety initiatives.
    • Manage staff selection, development, and performance reviews.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
    Experience
    • 1-3 years of related experience.
    Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
    • Complete a defensive driving program; HazMat certification preferred.
    • Valid Class A Commercial Driver License preferred.
    Professional Skills
    • Lead discussions effectively, work collaboratively, and solve practical problems.
    • Follow policies, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in software and computer skills.
    • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and present information effectively.
    Physical Demands
    • Talk, stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and adjust focus.
    • Work in varying physical conditions and environments.
    Working Conditions
    • Exposure to different environmental conditions and non-traditional hours.
    • Occasional travel may be required.
