    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Vice President, Security at Tennessee Education Lottery

    The Tennessee Education Lottery is on the lookout for a dynamic and highly driven Vice President of Security who possesses exceptional analytical, communication (both verbal and written), and leadership skills.

    • Direct and manage all areas of the Security department, including physical security, data security, and investigations
    • Handle the departmental budget, staff training, and personnel actions, as well as formulate and implement security procedures
    • Oversee vendor/retailer activities to ensure adherence and conduct overall assessment of security operations

    The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a background of ten to fifteen years in law enforcement and management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Collaboration, effective cross-functional work, and the ability to foster strong relationships within the organization are essential.

    Prerequisites include strong computer skills, a valid Tennessee Drivers License, and preferably, experience in lottery or gaming. A Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a must.
