Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative II to join our team at Covenant Medical Management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the patient service functions related to the check-out operations of our physician practice.

Your responsibilities will include collecting and processing encounter form data, totaling outstanding balances and payments for services rendered, and balancing work and computer at the end of each day. You will also be responsible for maintaining established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments for return visits and end-of-day procedures and balancing.
Compiling data for the billing personnel.
Developing A-I-D-E-T fundamentals of communication.
Attending meetings as required and participating on committees as directed.
