Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Oversee the organization, tracking, and maintenance of metal warehouse supplies inventory.
2. Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of metal materials, negotiating prices and terms to optimize cost-effectiveness.
3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all metal supplies meet industry standards and customer expectations.
4. Shipping and Receiving: Manage shipping and receiving processes, including inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and preparing outgoing shipments.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and supplier communications using inventory management software.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.
7. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in handling and storing metal materials within the warehouse.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement in warehouse operations.
