- Identify key referral sources and create weekly outreach plans
- Conduct sales calls to key referral sources
- Develop new referral sources by analyzing data and identifying sales opportunities
- Input sales call information into the company's CRM
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team on advertising and event initiatives
- Communicate community needs to the Regional Vice President
- Create sales and marketing strategies to boost occupancy levels
- Consult with Executive Directors regularly to assess needs and inventory
- Train staff on essential sales processes
- Support a DEI-focused training program within the organization
- Plan community events in coordination with Vice Presidents and Regional Nurses
- Conduct competitive analysis for communities in the assigned areas
- Demonstrated strong management skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in the senior living industry is beneficial
- Proficiency in marketing and sales techniques
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and well-organized
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft products
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field
- At least two years of successful experience as a senior community sales leader
