Beverly Hills office of our client seeks senior litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in California state and/or federal court.

Will be able to provide advice and counsel on a variety of legal matters. Main practice areas include complex personal injury, insurance coverage, and medical malpractice. Be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing guidance on complex legal matters. Draft and review legal documents, such as discovery, pleadings, and briefs. Conduct legal research and analysis. Advise clients on legal matters. Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings. Review and analyze medical records. Develop strategies for resolving complex legal issues. Should have a strong background in litigation/trial practice, legal research, and writing.
