- Create business plans that revolve around staffing agency spend and usage for hiring agendas.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Onboarding Teams to develop proactive sourcing strategies that leverage social networking, cutting-edge tools, and technology.
- Provide consultative advisory services to various business units, emphasizing thorough candidate assessment through in-depth interviews.
- Partnership and Problem Solving:
- Proactively partner with HR Business Partners, Business and Operations Leaders, and support teams to address recruitment challenges and devise cost-effective strategies.
- Integrate recruitment strategies seamlessly into broader HR and talent practices.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the applicant tracking system, enforcing consistent usage across all users.
- Market Awareness and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay attuned to industry trends and best practices, creating business cases for change when necessary.
- Collaborate with the compensation department to set realistic expectations aligned with our compensation philosophy.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-geography projects, actively participating in teams and meetings.
- Develop project capabilities within the team and ensure project deliverables align with Corporate Objectives.
- Compensation and Vendor Relations:
- Collaborate closely with compensation and benefits teams to maintain a competitive position in the local job market.
- Manage strategic relationships with staffing agencies and vendors to meet hiring needs effectively.
- Job Description Development:
- Partner with hiring managers to craft comprehensive job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Develop interview guides, training programs, and tools to enhance hiring manager capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
