    Community Support Team (CST) Lead - Wake County - Full Time

    $1,500 sign on bonus

    As our Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring CST services run smoothly, clients receive optimal care, and that services provided are consistent with service definition. This role has many elements including but not limited to: staff management and development, direct client care/clinical, administrative oversite of program specific tasks.

    This is a community-based role that covers Wake County - we provide mileage reimbursement

    Schedule

    Flexible, daytime hours up to 40 hours per week.

    (Lead weekly team meetings, 1x/wk)

    Pay

    $52,000 - $54,000 starting based on licensure.

    *$1,500 sign-on bonus

    Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits the first of the month 30 days after hire date. Options for a standard plan and an HSA plan with a $300 initial contribution and up to a $25 per paycheck match. 10 paid holidays and PTO hours which accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month.     We are excited to offer an additional benefit of Clinical Supervision Reimbursement. We will provide a monthly reimbursement of up to $200 (full-time) or $100 (part-time) to each associate level clinician electing this benefit for no more than 2 years, or until licensure is completed, whichever is first. Licensures eligible to receive this benefit include LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCASA, and CADC.


    Job Responsibilities of a Community Support Team Lead

    • Provide supervision to team members including direct observation and evaluation of model fidelity
    • Ensure follow up with supervisees' documents
    • Conduct weekly CST meetings and a minimum of monthly individual supervision
    • Complete authorization for services
    • Establish relationships with a comprehensive, targeted list of providers and other relevant community organizations
    • Provide individual therapy, group, and/or case management services to clients on the caseload
    • Coordinate treatment plan (PCP) development and revisions/updates/reviews
    • Provide on-call crisis coverage (specific cases, clients on caseload, availability to CST team members, or agency after hour crisis phone)
    • Complete community and office-based client assessments and evaluations

    Qualifications of a Community Support Team Lead

    Education and Experience

    • Master's degree in a Human Services field
    • Meets the requirements specified for QP status

    Certifications

    • Full or provisional licensure to practice clinically (LCAS/A, LCSW/A, LCMHC/A)

    *will become fully licensed (provisionally licensed at date of hire) within 2 years of hire

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Ability to understand nature of addiction, withdrawal symptoms, and identify symptoms of alcohol and drug addiction
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
    • Familiarity with the DSM 5 for diagnostic and treatment purposes
    • Working knowledge of systems theory and/or other counseling theories and substance abuse treatment
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment; ability to work in a team setting as well as independently
    • Proactively seeks out clients through internal and external outreach if case load does not provide enough cases to meet billable expectation/productivity requirement
