Air Professional Associates delivers outstanding results for our commercial and residential HVAC clients throughout Westchester, Putnam, Rockfield and Fairfield Counties with ongoing maintenance, precision repairs, and expert system design & installation.

The ideal candidate is someone comfortable working with computers, has outstanding organization & communication skills, and is willing and eager to learn our industry & grow into this role with a supportive company.

The work schedule will consist of a steady 40 hours per week, beginning at 8am each day.

Full time permanent position located in North Salem, NYPay:
$20.00-$25.00 Per hour DOEJob responsibilities include the following:Assist with incoming phone calls, service requests, status checks and general customer inquiries.
Communicate with colleagues including preparing and modifying documents, creating reports, etc.
Assist with data entry and data management relative to HVAC projects, bookkeeping, scheduling needs and service & repair documentation.
Create proposals for customers and follow up accordingly to ensure understanding and follow-through.
Collaborate with warehouse management to maintain orderly organization of incoming and outgoing HVAC components.
RequirementsExperience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
