    • One of our top clients, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care and support at their outpatient facility. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with the healthcare team and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
    Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients
    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for physical therapy
    Attend relevant trainings and maintain current knowledge of physical therapy treatments, interventions, and resources
    Supervise and train physical therapy assistants or aides as needed
    Knowledge of physical therapy treatments and interventions
