Patient Care Coordinator/ Budtender - White Plains

We take pride in being one of the most diverse and inclusive workplaces in cannabis fostering a culture where everyone belongs Through employee engagement community events and non-profit partnerships were building more than a business we re building a communityMaintains safeguards entrusted confidential information maintains vigilance for patient medication safety Assists customers with all aspects of preparing setting up finalizing dispensation process for medication as regulated by office of medical cannabis Completes CPC operational requirements by maintaining organized workflow verifying preparation labeling medications verifying order entries charges Utilizes computer systems programs appropriately daily operations such as patient communication refill orders making appointments home deliveries Facilitates thorough accurate input patient provider demographic information seed-to-sale software system Maintains cash register accountability assigned drawer completes opening closing procedures assigned Complies state law regulations overall dispensary compliance under supervision licensed pharmacist Understands stays date state regulations pertaining medical cannabis Participates recordkeeping reporting necessary State Compliance Attends staff meetings continuing education directed Maintains safe clean working environment complying custodial procedures rules regulations Must adhere infection-control standards handwashing Assists patients caregivers dispensary process/experience Educates patients proper use storage medical cannabis medications Follows Green Goods customer service model Works supervisors set accomplish goals Completes opening closing procedures assigned Responds patient communication platforms Text Emails Voicemail ETC Troubleshoots solve patient issues regarding usage their cannabis products Performs duties assigned
- A high school diploma 1-3 years experience retail environment
- Proficiency MS Office required
- Experience working fast-paced retail setting preferred Excellent communication skills verbal written Ability work team environment independently Ability handle multiple tasks simultaneously Adaptable change work environment Must able stand long periods Flexible availability weekends evenings
