    About This Role:

    The Community Manager is part of the Marketing team and reports to our Head of Marketing. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing social media and community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, establish trust, and cultivate positivity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling content and building communities, as well as strong communication skills and a growth mindset.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Develop social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
    • Create compelling content for various platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord
    • Manage and grow social media accounts
    • Engage with the community and boost brand awareness
    • Monitor industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Identify opportunities for user growth and engagement
    • Gather community feedback and insights
    • Plan and execute community engagement activities and campaigns, including events and branded merchandise
    • Manage community partnerships and co-marketing campaigns
    • Manage Angel Ambassador Program and influencer relationships
    • Analyze and report on social media and community metrics
    Preferred Skills/Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in social media, community management and/or content marketing (3+ years with a graduate degree)
    • Must be an idea generator with the ability to concept and pitch ideas and write creatively
    • Demonstrated experience executing growth initiatives across social media platforms
    • Strong strategic thinking and platform familiarity
    • Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward
    • Data-driven in developing community growth strategies
    • Passion for social media and community building
    • Passion for crypto, blockchain and/or financial services, and a desire to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments
    • Familiarity with various crypto communities
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    Salary:

    The starting pay range for this role is between USD$105,000 to USD$135,000 per year for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
