    Description

    As a Floating Member Experience Manager, at Securityplus Federal Credit Union, your primary responsibilities are leading branch operations, driving market and revenue growth while bolstering brand loyalty. You are expected to adopt a member-obsession mindset, where your key objective is to equip our members and the community with the essential tools and expert knowledge they need to achieve long-term financial health. Your role includes engaging in community outreach and business expansion initiatives while optimizing member experiences and promoting consultative sales and service strategies.

    Requirements

    • Oversees the operations of government locations and provides staffing support to All Member Experience Teams.
    • Coaches and cross-trains all Member Experience Team Members to expand their skills and knowledge after HR's initial training.
    • Completes required training related to coaching, such as Creating Member Loyalty and other training requirements.
    • Supports and drives strategic and tactical initiatives to increase the market share of loans and deposits.
    • Engages in business development activities to fortify and broaden member relationships.
    • Aligns branch performance with the Success Scorecard by developing and executing growth-oriented strategies and activities.
    • Provides continuous feedback to team members, encouraging performance and professional growth to ensure a seamless member experience.
    • Conducts regular huddles and meetings to promote Financial Health as a Service through individual and team coaching.
    • Represent the Credit Union at community events, effectively highlighting our values and services to the community.
    • Encourages members to utilize our extensive access channels such as ATM/ITM network, Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Remote Deposit, and Shared Branch Services.
    • Initiates proactive conversations with members in the lobby, and teller windows, sourcing new business opportunities.
    • Manages operational, reputational, and business risks to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and established policies and procedures.
    • Continuously evaluates and recommends enhancements to processes and procedures to enhance the member experience.
    • Executes all types of member transactions, offering efficient and reliable service.
    Qualifications

    •A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field is required, or four years of related experience.

    •Two (2) years of supervisory experience required.

    •Eligible for NMLS registration required.

    •Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation, preferred.
