- Supervision of tax engagements
- Interaction with clients to discuss tax issues and new tax service opportunities
- Coordination of client services
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a master's of tax with 24 years of public accounting experience, including working with a variety of federal and multi-state tax returns for small to medium size businesses and their owners
- A CPA certificate or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
- Extensive accounting skills required
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills -- Excel, Word and Outlook
- QuickBooks experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Superior analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to provide exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to quality
- Appropriate ethical behavior through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct
