is looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join one of our shifts at our Grafton, WI facility.

Primary ResponsibilitiesBuilding new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixturesHolds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operationsLays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special toolsPerforms tool and die maintenance and repairman dutiesVerifies quality and print specifications are metOther duties as assignedEducation & Experience Requirements (depending on position)2 year trade school program or equivalentJourneyman's Card5+ year's previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive diesAbout Kapco Metal StampingKapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement, and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
