Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000.00 full-time, $7,500.00 part-time (paid via bi-weekly payroll)

Full-time or part-time, 8-hour shifts
Full-time or part-time, 12-hour shifts
Shift differentials are available for 3p-11p and 11p-7a
Baylor program opportunities:
Work part-time hours and receive full-time pay
Option - Two 16-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday. The remaining 8 hours are paid as a bonus
Option - Two 12-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday, and one 8-hour shift during the week. The remaining 4 hours are paid as a bonus.
What is your role? Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include:
Works under direct supervision using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and practices sound nursing judgment.
Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative careAssesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care
Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response
Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
