    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist at Vistasite Eyecare located in Bronx, NY. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating visual disorders, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing pre- and post-operative care to patients. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, educating patients on proper eye care and hygiene, and staying up-to-date with advances in optometry and related medical technologies. Each office is equipped with the latest in vision care technology and stocked with a wide selection of quality eyewear.

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited Optometry school
    • Current, unrestricted State license to practice optometry
    • National Provider Identification (NPI) required.
    • TPA License required.
    • Ability to utilize equipment necessary to perform the job
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
    • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
