Description
At Charlie's Diner Bar & Grill, a family-run business thriving for nearly 70 years, we strive to serve our customers better each day. Initially a 30-seat diner serving breakfast and lunch, we expanded over time due to high demand. Our growth led us to open an additional dining room in summer 2011, seating another 100 patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
We seek a motivated individual with at least two years of high-volume fast-paced Line Cook experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
The successful Line Cook will work closely with our team to prepare food orders quickly and efficiently while following established recipes and plating procedures. This role requires the ability to cook from scratch in a high-volume atmosphere under pressure.
