Senior Project Manager - Recreational/Civil Construction

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex Recreational & Civil construction projects - including parks, trails, and recreational venues, etc..

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning and design to execution and closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a project management role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
