We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for the feed trucks at AgState.This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in working with agriculture and providing exceptional customer service to our producers.

- Serve as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations by performing various functions including greeting customers and resolving complaints.
- Lead and direct feed truck drivers to ensure department goals are met including recruiting new talent coaching performance reviews further training development progressive discipline wage reviews exiting efforts monitoring employee performance ensuring all employees comply operate equipment safely follow safety company policies protocols use computer programs effectively manage transportation demands costs maintain good open communications locations logistical needs utilize available tools manage location feed truck drivers builds maintains budget ensures correct efficient execution current carrier insurance coverage records
