    Johnson Becker, PLLC seeks to protect the rights of individuals who have been wrongfully injured. Johnson Becker is looking for an Attorney who shares our passion for holding medical manufactures and pharmaceutical companies accountable on behalf of our injured clients. We are looking for an individual who will assist in sharing our clients' experience so that we can pursue our mission to achieve justice on their behalf.

    Attorneys in our mass tort department must be self-starters who possess a keen attention to detail with excellent organization, strong client-communication skills and compassion. Demonstrated abilities in litigation including legal research and writing, deposition practice, and motion arguments are necessary to succeed.

    Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

    As a member of our mass tort litigation team you will be required to work on all aspects of the case from pre-litigation investigation through trial of complex mass tort/products liability claims. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary in order to excel in this position.

    In addition to being licensed to practice law in Minnesota, candidates must have 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, possess a strong sense of empathy, proficient writing skills, and a high level of organization. Litigation experience including taking and defending depositions, preparing legal memoranda and oral argument experience is preferred. The ability to work autonomously as well as participate in a collaborative team environment will be important to thrive. This is an ideal position for someone who wants hands-on involvement in building a case and takes ownership in the outcome of their work. This is an exempt position and an in-office/non-hybrid role; fully remote candidates will not be considered.
