    Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Social Work Social Worker for a per diem / prn job in New Lenox, Illinois.

    Weekends - Registry (LSW/LPC)
    The A&R Clinician provides technical assistance to the discharge planning process, under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor.

    The A& R Clinician is often the first contact with the community and therefore excels at providing resources, and support to callers and walk-ins and assessments in the ER.

    Document and process inquiry calls according to Intake policies.
    Obtain administrative approval for all admissions.
    Complete admission paperwork following hospital policy.
    Maintain an intake log with all necessary information documented.
    Demonstrate guest relations by example and provide counseling to employees in need of training.

    Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred.

    A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional or in the process of obtaining a mental health license or in a master's program in mental health field.

    A working knowledge of the Addiction and Recovery field.
