- Excellent people skills with a focus on youth development
- Current CPR and First Aid preferred but will train.
- Ability to relate to diverse groups of people from all social and economic backgrounds
- Provides careful, attentive supervision of youth in Child Watch, sports & youth lobby
- Care: Interacts with children & families, plan activities, follow procedures and discipline guidelines
- Inform parents of Child Watch procedures and rules in the program
- Other duties as assigned by the Membership Director
- Free YMCA membership for part-time employees and may upgrade to include immediate family
- Reduced rates on youth programs, child care and camp programs
- Flexible scheduling good for a student, caregiver or parent looking for part-time work
- Work with a friendly, family-oriented team to make a difference in the Minerva community
