Helms Home Care is searching for registered nurses who can provide infusion therapy nursing services to patients in their homes and desire to serve patients with compassion and personalized care.
Responsibilities
- As per the Patients needs perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (Abx, TPN ,IVIG,and other specialty meds), blood draws ,
- Provide patient education on self-administration of medication
- ,Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly
