    One of our premier clients is looking for a blended Organizational Change Management / Learning & Development consultant with expertise developing change management deliverables and training curriculums, deliverables, and learning paths for specific stakeholder personas. This contractor will help ensure smooth transitions to our new ways of working through effective change management strategy and planning, including stakeholder engagement activities, and comprehensive end-user-training programs tailored to individual teams and/or roles.

    The Change Management Consultant will have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices used to prepare individuals for change adoption, including the ability to design and implement training curriculums and deliverables, learning paths, and to prepare individuals for the planned changes.

    Location: Hybrid- Seattle, WA

    Project Length: 6 months plus

    Compensation Range: This role will compensate $100-$105/HR W2 depending upon years of experience, education, and relevant certifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement engagement strategies to convey the purpose, scope, impact, and benefits of organizational changes to all stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change readiness and develop tailored communication plans that address potential concerns and resistance.
    • Direct project communications through the most effective information channels, vehicles, and approaches to prepare all stakeholders for change adoption.
    • Work closely with project workstream leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs for course materials, modules, manuals, and job aids.
    • Design and develop training programs to educate employees on new processes and technology, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency.
    • Plan and coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, and provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the change process.
    • Support development and delivery of live and recorded training sessions, both in-person and virtually, and provide ongoing support for the maintenance of the developed training artifacts.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication and training initiatives through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and key performance indicators.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders and/or end users at all levels to promote a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in change management, communication, and training to enhance organizational capabilities.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on change management and learning & development methodologies, tools, and techniques, offering guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders, as identified.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications

    • Experience working within Change Management and Learning & Development with relation to the Coupa procurement technology is a benefit.
    • Proven experience in change management, communication, and learning & development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
    • Strong understanding of change management and learning & development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for various audiences and within various communication vehicles.
    • Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs using a variety of formats and platforms.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving results.
    • Experience with change management and learning & development software, collaboration tools, and learning management systems is a plus.
    • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or relevant training and development credentials are desirable.
