    Description
    As the CNC Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CNC production processes to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. You will lead a team of CNC machine operators and technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to execute their duties efficiently. This role requires good leadership, technical expertise in CNC machining, and a focus on continuous improvement.

    salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

    Responsibilities

    Manage CNC Production Operations: Oversee day-to-day CNC machining operations, including scheduling, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards.
    Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of CNC machine operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and productivity.
    Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve CNC machining processes, reduce cycle times, minimize waste, and increase overall efficiency.
    Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards throughout the production process.
    Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
    Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory control to manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels, ensuring availability to meet production demands.
    Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workplace, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe operating procedures for CNC machinery.
    Reporting and Analysis: Generate production reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management on production status, efficiency, and any issues or challenges encountered.
