Litigation Paralegal Kuhn Raslavich PA is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. • New client intake
• Drafting and preparing summons
• Draft and file legal documents and pleadings in State and Federal Courts
• Draft, file, and serve discovery
• Organize and manage Attorney(s) calendar
• Schedule depositions/hearings/mediations/arbitrations
• Clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, judicial employees, and team members
• Use of and date entry into firm's case management software
• Assists with the settlement process

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Florida paralegal experience preferred
• Knowledge of State Court rules and procedures
• Familiarity with State and Federal Court filing systems
• Familiarity with legal terminology, drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $40, $70,000.00 per year
