Job summary
The Senior HVAC Specialist II assists the Air Conditioning Foreman and Mechanics in assigned duties. This position evaluates system needs to maintain critical heating and cooling systems on campus.Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- EPA refrigerant handling certification
- Experience: Four (4) years of relevant vocational or technical training may be substituted for experience on a year-to-year basis
- Mechanical knowledge and skills to service and repair HVAC systems and related equipment
- Ability to follow given instructions and keep records
