Description Of The Position

We are looking for a Data & Governance Project Manager (M/F) to join the data practice specialized in the realization of innovative and tailor-made projects.

The objective is to lead the support and follow-up of the Data Platform project and the implementation of Data Governance.

Responsibilities of the mission:

• After receiving the framing elements, launch of projects
• Collection of user needs from business users: animation of workshops
• Writing of technical and functional specifications: data dictionary, data model, etc.
• In liaison with the Data Architect/lead technical/scrum master, contribute to the design of the solution
• Develop the acceptance strategy with the business
• Define and follow the schedule then ensure the reporting to management and business sponsors.
• Pilot the KPIs: engagement planning, progress...
• Animate and organize the intervention of the project team (MOE).
• Manage the relationship with the business on the concerned projects
• Be a force of proposal on the contribution of business values whether on functional or potentially technical aspects (in relay of the MOE).
• Recensement of the existing in terms of Data Governance
• Elaboration of a roadmap for the implementation of Governance
• Governance roadmap pilotage

Qualifications

Qualification: De formation suprieure en informatique, vous justifiez de minimum 5 ans d'exprience en data.

Competence techniques requises: Matrise of the construction of the data dictionary, data model, mapping of source systems.

Knowledge of data concepts and tools: ETL/ELT, Reporting, DataViz, Datawarehouse, Datalake

Mastery of SQL.

Experience in the operational management of project teams.

Knowledge of Agility is a plus.

Knowledge of GCP Cloud environments is a plus.

Experience in the implementation of data governance (or implementation of GDPR).

Other skills: Rdaction de spcifications, Animation of workshops and project follow-up committees, Communication with all stakeholders, Force of proposal, Ability to expose and defend ideas.
