National Railroad Safety Services Inc(NRSS) is seeking a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support railroad flagging services for Class 1 Railroads Regional Short Lines Transit Systems State DOTs as well as Railroad Suppliers Contractors and Consultants alike.
